We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all of our dragons we ship!  

Be sure you are committed! If you back out of a completed sale you will only receive an 80% refund on the complete sale total.  

Please make sure you have researched proper care for your reptile family member before you consider purchasing one of our dragons, we cannot be held responsible for the care of a dragon once it has left our care.  If you have care questions, PLEASE ask first! I have spent hours helping new owners properly set up for their new family member.  

We reserve the right to delay a shipment if weather or other conditions risk the delivery of your new family member.  

We also reserve the right to deny a sale to anyone we feel is not a good fit for one of our dragons.
